For years I've had my orders from Amazon, Zooplus, etc., delivered to Faerber CH-Depot. Everything always works perfectly, and on every visit I get something sweet, or even ice cream in the summer! We now come regularly and always look forward to it...!

Top-notch service in every respect and with every question! Always very courteous, extremely efficient, and friendly, the customer is the focus – just as it should be. Therefore, I wholeheartedly recommend them. They offer services that provide genuine added value. Even regarding VAT refunds, they leave nothing to be desired.

Here, you get everything from a single source: a mailing address with extended opening hours at a fair price, VAT refunds for a small fee (but straightforward and accurate), customer needs are taken seriously, and the excellent service and assistance with supplier issues is also very customer-oriented. I've been ordering packages from Mr. Faerber for years (probably around 200 by now). There's never been a problem. You can tell it's not just some big parcel shop run by a computer, but that Mr. Faerber runs the place like a person. You can unpack for free. You get chocolate and even ice cream in the summer. Always friendly and helpful. I even once didn't have enough money with me, and since I'm there every week anyway, I was able to pay it the next time. Customer service is truly a top priority here. I look forward to picking up my packages every time. I hope Mr. Faerber keeps the shop going for a long time, otherwise I'll be out of luck! :)

Great service and the check-out process is seamless. I'm a regular customer and have been very satisfied so far. Please don't disturb the dog, he'd rather be sleeping :) Oh, and you get chocolate too!

The best parcel shop ever! We've been picking up our parcels here for years, and it's always worked perfectly. Mr. Faerber is extremely reliable and very friendly. Even though I didn't realize they were closed on Mondays because I hadn't read the emails properly, I still received the parcel. The fact that you can leave the packaging there is another plus.
